Subject: Buncombe county over the past few days
There are plenty of nectar sources around, but no great numbers of =
butterflies. A visit to Warren Wilson/Owen park on the 10th however, had =
good numbers over some clover fields.
I have not spent much time in the field this summer, so this report is =
probably not representative of the whole area.
First column is those seen in North Buncombe (local patch), the second =
around Warren Wilson.
Of note (for me), was a Banded hairstreak on the 8th July. No other =
Satyrium spp this year so far.
