I have been seeing many Satyrs in the woods and along the trails near the vernal pond and the frog pond. After the survey today, I spent more time in the area tracking and waiting for them to land to identify more of the Satyrs. I was able to identify 3 Gemmed Satyrs which is the most I have ever seen at one time. The Zebra Swallowtails are also very numerous this year.
