Carolina Butterfly Society Midlands Chapter Trip ReportCarolina Sandhills N=

Nectar sources were dogbane and butterfly weed. The patch of butterfly weed=
where we had seen the Coral Hairstreak in past years had been herbicided a=
nd then burned last year, but the butterfly weed came back and so did the C=
oral Hairstreaks. One Coral Hairstreak was found at a new location. In atte=
ndance were Caroline Eastman, Eric Schaub, Scott Wietecha, Jerry Griggs, Bo=
bbie and Ladson McCutchen, Ron Ahle, Angela Valvasori, and Dave and Marty K=
