Foul weather dat= e : Sunday July 6th or TBD. I'm coordinating the count and=C2=A0 going into this year's count with only= a small handful of volunteers, some of them with very little experience, s= o wI would welcome help from the MassLep community.=C2=A0 Since we typicall= y have a small number of teams, I've identified several public/protected si= tes within the count circle that can be assigned. Offering good habitats, w= alking trails, and relaxed butterfly-searching opportunities are Mass Audub= on's Wachusett Meadow Sanctuary,=C2=A0 Rauscher Farm in Clinton, the Truste= es Dexter Drumlin, and various sections of Mt. Wachusett State Reservation,= to name a few. If you'd like to help, I can assign a location or two, or I= can supply a section map and leave you to search "pot-luck."
