Wateree River HP and WMAEastover, SC=C2=A0 =C2=A0Richland CountyAugust 17, = 202510:00-4:00=C2=A0 =C2=A0Mostly sunny=C2=A0 =C2=A081-91 degrees Dave and I walked our CBMP route and visited other areas of the HP. We had = to stop our route when we were more than =C2=BE done due to water across ou= r path. We have had many days with rain in the past couple of weeks and the= Wateree River had been in flood stage. This is a combined list. Of note is that there were no Southern Dogface. The last time we were there= on May 19, we saw 23. On August 15 last year we saw 17. Several of the are= as where the Southern Dogface frequent were burned last year, but after the= burning we still saw good numbers with a high of 34 in September. We=E2=80= =99ll head back next week in hopes of finding some, but as of now, I am con= cerned!
