Grassy Island Road was closed as they did some controlled burning. With temperatures in the mid-80's I walked the first part of gated GTR Road where it joins Wildlife Drive along Sullivan's Impoundment. Within 100 meters I was joined by a pair of Falcate Orange-tips flying along the banked margins of GTR road, occasionally chasing each other. Entertaining! A FOY Zebra Swallowtail passed me once on my outbound leg and a 2nd time on my return. Both species are very reliably found along GTR Road this time of year.
