Brookgreen Gardens, Murrells Inlet, Georgetown County, SC March 14, 2026. 2:00-3:15 pm, mostly sunny, 72 F Dennis and Wendy Allen Black Swallowtail 8 Palamedes Swallowtail 1 (FOY) Eastern Tiger Swallowtail 1 Cloudless Sulphur 1 Sleepy Orange 1 Falcate Orangetip 1 male, FOY Pearl Crescent 1 Silver-spotted Skipper 2 Juvenal's Duskywing 1 All except Tiger Swallowtail, Cloudless Sulphur, and Sleepy Orange were nectaring on ornamental plants. Falcate Orangetip was nectaring on white clover. |
