Dave and Marty, Glad you found the Tiger Swallowtail puddling parties! I was back at Blue Wall Preserve last Thursday when it was 58 degrees, I forgot to report to carolinaleps. Because it was so cold, I guess, the many Tiger Swallowtails were flying instead of puddling, and I could not really tell how many were Appalachians, but I'm pretty sure that each of the three weeks I've been there, the percentage of Eastern Tigers has increased. With just a single brood, we may not be seeing the Appalachians much longer? Doug Allen
