Very dusty roads and plants on the shoulders. Ditches and pocket swamps dry.
Coreopsis (yellow tickweed), toadflax, Lyreleaf Sage, violets, white clover,
violet fleabane, wild honeysuckle among common flowers. Also, first Red
Thistle blooming.
Pipevine and Spicebush Swallowtails on Coreopsis. Palamedes and Cloudywings on
Red Thistle. Cloudywings and duskywings on sage and clover.
