Just now, I vetted/accepted them. Excellent photos and records. Grass
skippers are tough to find in May in much of eastern NC! And, impossible
yesterday and today in much of NC -- chilly weather.

Unbelievably -- this is NO TYPO -- Raleigh it is* 62 degrees *as I write
this now, and it has been about 62 all day today and yesterday! Solid
overcast, drizzle at best, and classic cold-air damming with this cold
front. It is *55 degrees *now in Roxboro!! By the way, the forecast for
Raleigh today was a high of 75-80, with obviously some sun and
thunderstorms. At least cold air is keeping strong storms away. What is
all of this talk about rain? It has not rained a drop all day today
in Raleigh -- we need rain. Of course, the forecasters are undeterred --
they predict 82 degrees again tomorrow, with some showers!!!! Sure beats
95 degrees and bone dry for 4 days in a row that we had Monday-Thursday.
