On FR204, purple-red thistle and Butterfly Weed was sparse but attracting
swallowtails, Monarch, Horace's Duskywing, and skippers. Yellow composites
dominated that stretch of FS204- high use by Pearl Crescents and some Horace's
Duskywings. All hairstreaks, a Summer Azure, and some Horace's were on New
Jersey Tea. Zarucco Duskywings were all fresh males on the roadway.
FR212 had many more thistles with swallowtails and skippers and yellow
composites with Pearl Crescents.
