It was hot and very humid. Most of the trails we= re through the woods in shaded areas. Butterfly Bushes planted at the Cultu= ral Center were the nectar for all skippers and the American Lady. Butterfl= ies on the trails were few and far between. This area is in moderate drough= t and the lack of rain continues to effect butterfly numbers.
