Guilford County - Jamestown

We got about 1 1/2 inch of rain earlier in the week which helped a little
with the dry conditions. Skipper numbers are up with Sachem and Fiery
being the dominant species; however, Clouded Skipper numbers are rapidly
increasing. Clouded Skippers are especially fond of the Salvia azurea
which is in bloom now and drought resistant.
