I don't think Jersey Cudweed - Pseudognaphalium luteoalbum is not
considered native to North America. I expect it was named for Jersey in
Great Britain. It is no surprise there is another "Cudweed" that grows in
sidewalk cracks in San Francisco, that isn't native.
