Lori Arent and I saw a few butterflies on several aster species (native
white-flowered ones and planted, non-native lavender-blue ones) this
morning at Prairie Ridge Ecostation in west Raleigh.

Cabbage White 3
Orange Sulphur 1 quite fresh
E. Tailed-Blue 1 female
GULF FRITILLARY 1 quite worn; finally found our first in Wake County in
2020
Pearl Crescent 2
Monarch 1
Common Checkered-Skipper 2
Fiery Skipper 8
Ocola Skipper 1
