Hi all,

I had an interesting stop at the park at Old NC 421 and the Yadkin River. M=
ostly I was looking for odes but some noteworthy numbers of butterflies tur=
ned up. The park has a lawn with lots of blooming clover.

Cabbage White - 1
E. Tailed-blue - 2
Summer Azure - 1
Snout - 3
E. Comma - 2
Silvery Checkerspot - 10
Pearl Crescent - 3
Carolina Satyr - 2
Silver-spotted Skipper - 2
HAYHURST'S SCALLOPWING - 5 most I've ever seen at one time, this is a relia=
ble spot with lots of lamb's quarter
Common Sootywing - 1 surprised to see just one!
Least Skipper - 2 only grass skipper seen

I took a nice trip to Vermont last week, still posting lep and ode photos.
