Hi All. Hiked from 10:30-noon at the Buckeye Trail along Crabtree Creek
greenway today. It was sunny and quite hot in the upper 80s with no breeze.
Perfect for butterflies, tough on an old body.
Diversity was not impressive but the number of individuals has risen.
Most butterflies were nectaring on sneezeweed and brazilian verbena.

Here's the list:
Cabbage White- 2
Sleepy Orange - 1
Cloudless Sulphur- 1
Eastern-tailed Blue- 1
Pearl Crescent- 7
American Snout- 1
Common Buckeye- 3
Hackberry Emperor- 2
Silver-spotted Skipper- 14
Fiery Skipper- 22
Ocala Skipper- 1 (FOY)
