It was reasonably far away, but Colias are pretty prolific in flight. I didn't realize it was an important record, I wish I had a voucher for it. Only one. It may have been an exceptionally energetic and large yellow Anthocharis julia or marginalis. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
