Hi, folks, while doing some fieldwork at Long Point Wildlife Refuge today
(West Tisbury, Mass., 8/11/24), I was buzzed by a fast-moving, northbound
Cloudless Sulphur =E2=80=93 my first of the year. There have also been a lo=
t of
reports locally of Red-banded Hairstreak, apparently established and growin=
g
steadily more common; I added the species to my yard list in Oak Bluffs
today (8/11/24).
