It was certainly cooler than usual, but it was sunny so we gave it a try. We were unsuccessful in finding that elusive #100, but it will never be found from the couch. List of needed species is below. October Mountain - Sunny but high 50's to lower 60's light breezes: 1 Common Ringlet 2 American Coppers 2 Pearl Crescents 1 Sulphur (sp) Mount Greylock (Jones Nose) - Partly Sunny to Cloudy mid 60's little wind: 1 Monarch 1 Eastern-tailed Blue We also searched a pick your own flowers business called Second Drop Farm at the base of Mount Greylock prior to going up to Jones Nose.
